Data Collection

TinniCalm does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to external servers. All data stays on your device.

Health Data

TinniCalm stores the following health-related data locally on your device only:

• Tinnitus frequency setting — the frequency you configure for masking therapy
• Session history — duration and sounds used during therapy sessions

This data is used solely to personalise your sound therapy experience and restore your settings between sessions. It is never uploaded, shared, or transmitted anywhere.

TinniCalm does not access Apple Health, Google Fit, or any external health platform.

What We Store Locally

• Sound mixer presets
• Session history (duration, sounds used)
• Your tinnitus frequency setting (if configured)
• App preferences
• Purchase status

Data Retention & Deletion

All data is stored on your device for as long as the app is installed.

To delete all your data:

• Uninstall the app — this permanently removes all locally stored data.
• Alternatively, go to your device Settings → Apps → TinniCalm → Clear Data to erase all app data without uninstalling.

No data exists on any server, so there is nothing to request deletion of externally.

TinniCalm is a wellness tool for sound therapy and is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, or cure tinnitus or any medical condition. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice. Sound therapy should complement, not replace, professional tinnitus management.
