Overview
FocusFlow is a Pomodoro timer and productivity app. Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains what data FocusFlow collects and how it is used.
The short version: we collect nothing. All your data stays on your device.
Data Collection
FocusFlow stores all data locally on your device. This includes:
- Focus session history (duration, type, tags, timestamps)
- App settings and preferences
- Tags you create
- Streak and statistics data
No personal data is collected, transmitted, or stored on external servers.
Third-Party Services
FocusFlow uses RevenueCat solely to manage in-app purchases. RevenueCat may collect anonymous purchase-related data as described in their privacy policy.
FocusFlow does not use any analytics SDKs, tracking pixels, advertising frameworks, or crash reporting services.
Notifications
FocusFlow may send local notifications (daily reminders, streak alerts, timer completion) if you grant permission. These are scheduled entirely on your device and do not involve any server.
Data Export
You can export your session data as a CSV file. This file is generated locally and shared via your device's share sheet. FocusFlow does not upload this data anywhere.
Data Deletion
You can delete all your data at any time via Settings > Reset All Data. Uninstalling the app also removes all locally stored data.
Children's Privacy
FocusFlow does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. Since no data is collected from any user, the app is safe for all ages.
Changes to This Policy
If we make changes to this privacy policy, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
