How do I customize my focus and break durations?
Open Settings from the main screen, then adjust the Focus Duration and Break Duration sliders to your preferred lengths. Changes apply to your next session.
What is included in the Premium unlock?
Premium is a one-time $9.99 purchase that unlocks advanced insights, unlimited session history, CSV export, custom themes, goals, and the home screen widget. No subscription required.
Does FocusFlow collect any of my data?
No. All your data is stored locally on your device. We use no analytics, no tracking, and no ads. The only third-party service is RevenueCat for purchase management. See our privacy policy for full details.
How do streaks work?
Complete at least one focus session per day to maintain your streak. Your streak count shows how many consecutive days you have focused. Missing a day resets the counter.
Can I export my session data?
Yes (Premium feature). Go to Settings and tap Export Data. Your sessions will be exported as a CSV file that you can share or save via your device's share sheet.
How do I delete all my data?
Go to Settings and tap Reset All Data. This will permanently remove all session history, tags, and statistics from your device. You can also simply uninstall the app.
Can I restore my Premium purchase on a new device?
Yes. Open Settings and tap Restore Purchases. As long as you are signed in with the same Apple ID, your Premium unlock will be restored.
How do I set up the home screen widget?
Long-press on your home screen, tap the "+" button, search for FocusFlow, and add the widget. The widget lets you see your streak and start a session with one tap (Premium feature).
